Shawniece Jackson and Jephte Pierre have shared a bit of baby news as we learn that MAFS fans will get to watch more of their journey starting this fall.
Shawniece and Jephte were married on Season 6 if Married at First Sight and are one of very few couples that are still married today. As such, they have quickly become fan favorites as we watched the pair move from strangers to partners and then continue to flourish.
In late April, we learned that Shawniece and Jephte were not only still together, but expecting a child. Jephte was shocked by the baby news but has said that their little bundle is a blessing.
Now we know if the newest MAFS baby is going to be a boy or a girl. Shawniece and Jephte did an exclusive photoshoot and gender reveal with Ebony magazine and soon after, took to Instagram to share the news.
“Finally we can share with you guys….. it’s a GIRL!” Shawniece wrote. “Would like to Thank @ebonymagazine for sharing our journey. As a kid growing up I use to look at my grandmamas subscription and to now have a feature online. #blessed to be here. Stay tuned To part 2 of the Pierre’s.”
It turns out that Shawniece and Jephte are expecting a baby girl! Back in May, Shawniece revealed that she was due in September.
Married at First Sight fans will get a chance to see Shawniece and Jephte’s journey to become parents on a new MAFS spinoff slated for fall. It was just announced that they are one of three couples taking part in the new show titled Married at First Sight: Happily Ever After.
