Disney have just released their second official trailer for The BFG — giving a much bigger glimpse into the fantastical world of Giant Country.
The movie, which is set to be released on July 1, stars Bridge of Spies actor Mark Rylance as the Big Friendly Giant and newcomer Ruby Barnhill as Sophie.
The new Official Trailer 2 gives a much bigger insight into the magical world The BFG inhabits, delving into his dreamcatching and featuring several new clips of him speaking endearingly to Sophie.
At one point, not long after he’s taken Sophie out of her bedroom, she begs: “Please don’t eat me!”
Laughing at the prospect, The BFG says: “You think because I’m a giant that I’m a man-gobbling cannibal? Raaaar!”
