The WWE is in Europe right now which means they are holding their Monday Night Raw and SmackDown Live events earlier in the day for U.S. wrestling fans.
That means that SmackDown Live has already taken place, although it won’t air in the U.S. for a few more hours. With that said, if you don’t want to know what happened on SmackDown Live tonight, stop reading here.
With that said…
NXT star makes main roster debut on SmackDown Live
When Sanity made their WWE SmackDown Live debut, many fans of the faction were surprised that Nikki Cross was not with them.
The main mode of thinking was that the WWE needed to keep Nikki in NXT until they could rebuild their women’s division there. That has been accomplished and now that Nikki is doing nothing but antagonizing male superstars, it looks like it is time to move her up.
Becky Lynch came to the ring and talked about all the bad things she will do to Ronda Rousey at Survivor Series and challenged anyone to fight. Sanity’s music started.

That is when Nikki Cross showed up with them and the crowd got excited, cheering and chanting her name.
Now, Becky Lynch won the match, which was expected, but it brought one of the most exciting new female superstars to the main roster and this could completely change the landscape of SmackDown Live.
What else happened on WWE SmackDown Live tonight?
There will be a tag team traditional Survivor Series match and SmackDown Live will send The Usos and New Day as the first two teams announced.
The woman’s match has set four of the five with Carmella, Naomi, Sonya Deville, and Asuka. The fifth — Charlotte Flair — no-showed the announcement and Mandy Rose wondered why they passed her over.
Could that fifth spot go to Mandy Rose … or Nikki Cross?
As for the men’s match, Daniel Bryan will serve as a co-captain with The Miz. Matches on SmackDown Live added Rey Mysterio and Samoa Joe to the team as well.
However, the shocker here is that Daniel Bryan attacked Samoa Joe at the end of the show and then fought with the Miz before also attacking Shane McMahon before the show ended.
WWE SmackDown Live airs at 8 p.m. EST on USA Network.
