On The Real Housewives of Orange County this week, Meghan King Edmonds bursts into tears after finding out she’s going to have just one baby rather than twins.

Meghan and husband Jim are expecting their newborn daughter later this year, and the footage on this week’s episode shows the emotional moment the pair attend their first ultrasound scan.

Their doctor, fertility expert Dr. Potter, explains how they are there to find out whether the pair would be expecting one baby or twins.

Watch the footage below as Meghan starts crying when she finds out she will just be having one, and Jim caringly comforts her whispering repeatedly in her ear: “It’s okay, It’s okay.”

Meghan also reveals how she’s had no problems with the pregnancy but that the hormones have been making her extremely emotional.

Dr. Potter then carries out the ultrasound, showing Meghan and Jim the gestational sack and their tiny newborn inside.

The pair both then listen to the baby’s heartbreak, as the emotions come flooding out.

Also on this week’s episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County, titled Bye, Bye Beadors, Shannon says farewell to her old house with a frantic final few minutes, Vicki is asked if she will take part in a commercial for a cancer charity, and Heather, Vicki and Kelly go for a mud-bath and some pampering at the Glen Ivy Spa.

Meanwhile, Michael and Kelly talk about their relationship — and the spa visit gets emotional when Kelly breaks down while telling the ladies about her marriage.

The Real Housewives of Orange County airs Mondays at 9/8c on Bravo.
