On The Young and the Restless panicked Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) shot at what she thought was an intruder yesterday, but it was actually a loved one. At least she’s not as lethal as she is at close range, just ask J.T.!
Yesterday she had good reason to be crazed with fear as someone is taunting her with crime scene mementos, the latest being the fireplace poker she used to whack J.T. into oblivion. Or did she?
Anyway, all of this has driven her to drink again, and that’s never a good thing. When Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) found out that Nikki told Nick (Joshua Morrow) about her murder spree, she was incredulous and reamed out her former MIL. Then she went on a rant to Sharon (Sharon Case) who offered her ex MIL (Nick got around) a place to stay.
Nope, Nikki is going to stay at the ranch and catch the tormenter! Well, apparently she catches something in her gun sights, but it isn’t the tyrant. Well, it kind of is, but not the one she was expecting.
It’s Victor (Eric Braeden)! He’s been sprung from the big house and this is the welcome home he gets. Apparently the po-po have decided to release the murder suspect to house arrest with just an ankle monitor to oversee him.
Now the real drama begins, as Niktor and their kids try and figure out what to do about this whole bloody J.T. mess. Of course, it seems that at least one person a day keeps getting let in on the secret, so soon this could be a whole neighborhood watch kind of vigilante thing.
Look for this unsettling situation to spiral out of control in the coming days as both Phyllis and Mariah (Camryn Grimes) get involved in ways you never could have imagined!
The Young and the Restless airs weekdays during the day on CBS.
