Meri Brown has shared a lot of content on social media lately. On Tuesday, the Sister Wives star posted yet another pic on her Instagram account.
In the pic with Meri was her mom, Bonnie Ahlstrom. The two are seen standing with their arms around each other in front of Lizzie’s Heritage Inn located in Parowan, UT.

Meri captioned the photo, “On days like today, I’m grateful my sweet mom doesn’t do social media, because I’m pretty sure she’d shoot me for this! So shhhh, our secret!”
“How appropriate that during Women’s History Month and celebrating amazing and strong women, we get to celebrate the existence of this amazing person too! Her life has been devoted to lifting, to serving, to providing, to protecting others.”

Meri’s mom, Bonnie, was also a plural wife
Meri’s mom was a plural wife like Meri, until the death of Meri’s father in 2007. Meri grew up with a total of 25 siblings between the five moms she shared. Bonnie lives at Lizzie’s Heritage Inn and is the designated innkeeper on their Instagram page.
Meri’s bed and breakfast was a dream of hers for quite some time, and was featured on an episode of the show. The home has been in her family for generations and held sentimental value for her.
Not everyone in the family was as optimistic about Meri opening a bed and breakfast as she was. Kody’s response about Meri’s business was, “The bed and breakfast, yeah… not a big moneymaker.” However, Meri may have proven Kody wrong, given the inn’s success to date.
