On the latest episode of My 600-lb Life, South Carolina native Justin McSwain gets upset when he rents a vehicle to drive to Houston to see Dr. Nowzaradan because he cannot fit behind the wheel.
In the clip, we see Justin gets a car which is not the one he requested, and it takes him squeezing just get behind the wheel.
“I really can’t believe this,” Justin says.
“This is the last thing I need. I’m trying really hard not to spiral and have a panic attack, but I’m beyond my limit at this point.”
The episode not only focuses on Justin’s meteoric weight
On the episode, Justin reveals he was diagnosed with agoraphobia, and that he gained several hundred pounds when he went to college.
Justin’s education prepared him as the owner of McSwain Media, his own web and tech development firm specializing in SEO and design.
But the weight has created several issues for him and added to his emotional problems. His personal troubles at home are also revealed tonight.
Justin’s decision to head to Houston is a last resort after we learn that his step-mother is quite abusive to him.

In addition, Justin must face Dr. Now, who will tell him what he weighs exactly as Justin is not quite sure.
