On tonight’s Flipping Out on Bravo, we see the emotional moment Jeff Lewis and Gage Edward hear their baby’s heartbeat for the first time.
The couple are having their tot through a surrogate and head with her to the clinic for an ultrasound scan.
While Jeff seems pretty non-plussed initially at the image on the screen, his emotions finally get the better of him when they hear the sound of the baby’s heart coming through the speaker.
Watch the heartwarming preview clip below as Gage sits with an incredulous look on his face, and Jeff’s jaw finally drops when the poignancy of the situation hits him.
The surrogate mom also sheds tears after becoming overcome with emotion.
The pair’s baby daughter is expected this fall, and comes after years of them trying to find the right way of bringing a child into their lives.
However, the heart-wrenching video also includes a twist, as the doctor reveals he can also see a small second gestational sac.
Meanwhile on tonight’s episode of Flipping Out, Jenni films a toilet commercial but admits she had doubts as to whether she should do it or not.
She said: “I wasn’t sure, when they approached me. I was like, ‘is that good to be the face, you know, of a toilet?’ But I didn’t want to close the lid to this opportunity.”
