Many fans went into WWE Crown Jewel hoping that Braun Strowman could win the Universal Championship in his match against Brock Lesnar.
The main reason that fans have soured on Lesnar is that he is only scheduled for limited dates and almost never appears on television. He also never wrestles outside of pay-per-views.
However, Brock Lesnar not only won but he won in a match that barely lasted over two minutes and he pinned Strowman after hitting numerous F5’s.
Now, a part-time wrestler is once again the WWE Universal Champion after Roman Reigns brought the title back to TV on a regular basis.

The bad news is that Wrestling Observer Radio reports that Brock Lesnar will still be a part-time star that never appears, taking the Universal Championship off television once again for an extended period of time.
According to Dave Meltzer, Brock Lesnar only has two scheduled appearances coming up.
The first will be at the Survivor Series later this month when he battles WWE Champion AJ Styles. Neither title will be on the line as the match — much like Becky Lynch vs. Ronda Rousey — is just for bragging rights.

If Brock Lesnar only has one other match in his contract after that, some speculate that it could be at the Royal Rumble in January or at WrestleMania next April. That could mean no more Universal title matches for the next three to six months.
Brock Lesnar is already planning his return to the UFC as well and likely will battle the winner of the Daniel Cormier vs. Derrick Lewis match that takes place tonight — or maybe Jon Jones if the cards fall right.
