There have been some major rumors that Ronda Rousey is leaving the WWE and the current Raw women’s champion is finally addressing the rumors.
What was originally part of the wrestling website news rumors and briefs, was then picked up by news sources like Fox News who reported that Rousey was planning to leave the WWE following WrestleMania 35.
However, when talking to ESPN, Ronda Rousey addressed the rumors that she wanted to start a family and then escalated it to epic proportions.
Is Ronda Rousey leaving the WWE?
Ramona Shelburne of ESPN asked Ronda Rousey if she was going to take time off from the WWE to start her family after WrestleMania 35 and Rousey had the most bizarre answer possible.
“I honestly don’t know why [anyone] feels [they’re] an authority to speak on plans for my uterus,” Rousey said. “It’s my vagina, my life, keep the speculations to yourself. Leave me and my reproductive organs alone.”
It was quite the rant on Rousey’s part. As a celebrity, having children and starting a family is something many fans are interested in. However, none of those fans seem to really care about that celebrity’s “reproductive organs.”
However, Rousey appears to hate the fact that anyone is interested if she is going to bring a child into the world in the future and equates human children to her uterus.
What makes this really strange is that Ronda Rousey actually said in a 2018 interview with TMZ that she would start a family and have kids “soon, someday soon.”
So, in eight months, Rousey went from wanting to start a family soon to equating it with people having an interest in her reproductive organs.
Ronda Rousey: The latest on her future
Without getting into her biological condition, numerous sources are now saying that the WWE expects Rounda Rousey to leave the WWE after WrestleMania for a time.
Pro Wrestling Sheet reports that part of Rousey’s agreement with the WWE allows her to step away if she wants to start a family. She could leave if she so desired and could be back later, as her contract is good through 2021.
While Ronda Rousey made the huge to-do about people being obsessed with her body’s inner workings, she never actually denied the claims that she is ready to be a mom. Instead, she appears to just want people to leave her alone.
