Days of our Lives spoilers for the Tuesday, October 23, 2018 episode of the NBC soap tease that Salem lives are on the line as things go disastrously wrong at the warehouse. Once the scene explodes, one victim is rushed to the hospital, but another is not so lucky.

But first, Paul (Sean Christopher) is in for a nasty surprise when he hears something he shouldn’t. Will (Chandler Massey) has been stringing Paul along since his accident. Not in a bad way, but he doesn’t want to compromise his health so he’s lied and says he still loves him.

On the side, however, things are a bit different as WilSon never stopped their torrid affair of the heart. They have sworn to bury their past for Paul’s sake, but you know how strong and unrelenting forbidden love is. Tuesday, Paul overhears a conversation between these two and his suspicions are raised.

Elsewhere Abigail’s (Marci Miller) loved ones beg her to seek treatment. Both Chad (Billy Flynn) and J.J. (Casey Moss) believe that her alters are back!

Of course, Gabi (Camila Banus) is gaslighting her and laughing it up in her devilish little head about the whole sick affair. Could it be that she’s the one who really has alternate personalities? This dastardly plan is evil, even for Gabi, seeing as how she’s putting Abi’s unborn baby at risk.

Meanwhile, the sizzling mystery about the hidden patient ramps up exponentially as Sami (Alison Sweeney) manages to get the poor soul to the ER. Is this the beginning of the end for Sami’s dream love? Or, is her life about to take a happily ever after turn?

But alas, her twin is not so lucky. Eric (Greg Vaughan) hears the most shattering news about Nicole (Arianne Zucker). Will he make a beeline for Jennifer (Melissa Reeves)? Tune in and find out!
