David Eason is married to Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans. The two have been together for a few years now and initially, he was filming with her. Now, she is only allowed to film with friends and Barbara Evans.
Last time Teen Mom 2 aired, David Eason was a part of the first half of the season until everything snowballed downhill. Now, fans are wondering why Teen Mom 2 can’t film David.
What happened with David Eason and Teen Mom 2?
In early 2018, David Eason went on a transphobic and homophobic rant on social media. Teen Mom 2 viewers went crazy and started tagging MTV.
That turned into a big ordeal and it was eventually decided that MTV would cut ties with David Eason and no longer allow him to film, even though he was married to Jenelle Evans.
There were also rumors that MTV was considering firing Jenelle Evans as well. After a hiatus for a few weeks, she resumed filming with Teen Mom 2.
Now that David is not allowed to be on the show, he can no longer attend the reunions. This caused conflict last year, prompting Dr. Drew Pinsky to fly to North Carolina and do her interview there.
Jenelle wants to film with her husband
Back before filming Teen Mom 2 resumed last summer, Jenelle Evans was trying to get David Eason back in good graces with MTV.
She allegedly avoided signing her contract and threw out demands that included Eason. Obviously, Evans is still filming Teen Mom 2 and without her husband.
A few months ago, Jenelle Evans called 9-1-1 on David Eason and made some allegations against him. She has since taken back her allegations and said she was drunk and not thinking clearly.
Of course, there has been some talk about Eason being dangerous, prompting Kailyn Lowry to speak out about how she wouldn’t film if he was around. That renewed the feud between the Teen Mom 2 stars and now, they are still beefing.
