The season finale just revealed who won Survivor 37. It was a busy night, though, with the final six castaways all competing for the $1 million prize.

The night started with a two-hour episode, covering the final days that the cast members were on the island. It then wrapped up with a one-hour Survivor Reunion Show. It was during that third hour when CBS viewers found out who won Survivor 37.

Kara Kay, Angelina Keeley, Alison Raybould, Mike White, Davie Rickenbacker, and Nick Wilson were the final six competitors. One of them would finish the night as the Survivor 37 winner. To get there, though, it would take surviving a number of challenges and votes.

Individual Immunity Challenge

The first competition of the episode was revealed by host Jeff Probst to be both for immunity and a reward.

A 63-piece puzzle awaited the final six at the first big challenge of the episode. Nick ended up winning the challenge. Nick picked then picked Angelina to enjoy a feast with him. Given a second choice, Nick picked Mike to join them.

While enjoying the food, Angelina mentioned that she had found a clue to the Hidden Immunity Idol. With the help of Nick and Mike, she was able to locate it, and they let her hold on to it.

First Tribal Council

Davie was voted off by a 4-2 decision, with Alison receiving the other two votes. Davie was the 15th voted off the show, leaving just five competing to become the fall 2018 Survivor winner.

Nick was blindsided by the vote, feeling that he had an alliance from that meal with Angelina that would protect Davie. It didn’t.

Second Individual Immunity Challenge

There was a lot on the line for the final five contestants when the second Immunity Challenge of the night was shown. Nick was the final member of the former David tribe, who knew it might be difficult to survive the next vote if he didn’t gain safety.

Nick did what he needed to do, just barely beating out Alison to gain immunity again. It guaranteed a former David tribe member would get voted off next.

Second Tribal Council vote

At the second Tribal Council, Alison tried to play a fake idol that Angelina had created. Jeff tossed it out. Then, Angelina dramatically played her idol, even though there was no drama, as she was safe. When the votes were counted, it was Alison who was voted out.

Final Immunity Challenge

Kara Kay, Angelina Keeley, Mike White, and Nick Wilson make it to the final Immunity Challenge of the season. The winner would have a guaranteed spot in the final three and a chance to plead with the Survivor jury.

Angelina was out first, followed shortly by Mike. A battle between Kara and Nick would decide the final immunity winner. Nick outlasted her, winning his third Immunity Challenge of the episode.

Final Tribal Council vote

Nick chose to take Angelina with him to the final three, meaning Mike and Kara would have to battle it out in a challenge to make fire. Mike was able to build a successful fire first, joining Nick and Angelina in the final three.

Once the final three had been set, it was time for Angelina Keeley, Mike White, and Nick Wilson to convince the Survivor 37 jury to vote for them to win the season.

Each gave a speech about why they felt they deserved to win this season and answered some tough questions from the Survivor jury. It was then time to vote for the Survivor 37 winner.

Who won Survivor 37?

Host Jeff Probst read the votes during the reunion portion of the night. Nick Wilson is the Survivor 37 winner.

The Survivor 38 schedule has already been announced. That means it won’t be long until the show returns to CBS.

Survivor airs Wednesday nights at 8/7c on CBS.
