Tommie Lee wants fewer jailbirds in her life — and reveals on this week’s Love & Hip Hop Atlanta how she’s busy trying to upgrade her squad.

Tommie wants to surround herself with positive people after managing to stay out of trouble for a good few months, and she heads for a night out with Tammy.

But watch the clip below as she reveals she’s nervous about hanging out with Tammy’s friends as she isn’t sure she’ll fit in — and is worried that if things don’t go to plan she might flip a switch.

Tommie says she thinks Tammy and her have a lot in common and that she can help her “stay calm and stay out of trouble”. She says: “I was trying to get ONE year without going to jail.”

Tammy thinks them hanging out is a good idea, especially means as it will get her out of the house so Waka doesn’t think she’s moping about him.

Tammy says: “I know Tommie may have gotten a bad rep, but she’s funny and she’s cool as hell and surprisingly, to some, she’s a great mother.

Our daughters are the same age and me and Tommie just hit it off. I see that she’s trying to do better and I’m here for all of that.

Plus I’m trying to get out this house and have some fun, so Waka don’t think I’m sitting here crying over him — because I’m not.”

This week’s episode of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta also sees Rasheeda coming to terms with Kirk’s alleged cheating.

Meanwhile, the unconventional relationship between Rod and Jasmine emerges, Waka tries to fix things with Tammy and Joseline tries to get on top of her paternity troubles.

Love & Hip Hop Atlanta airs Mondays at 8/7c on VH1.
