On tonight’s Project Runway, the remaining designers go on a helicopter trip to get inspiration for the latest challenge.

The episode sees the contestants joined by guest judge Anne Fulenwider, the editor-in-chief of Marie Claire magazine.

And she sends them on the chopper flight to get ideas for ‘high-fashion’ looks that are all about power. She tells them: “At Marie Claire we celebrate powerful women.

“Whether it’s fashion, beauty, advise or news, we stress the importance of making a woman feel confident and powerful.”

Host Tim Gunn reveals: “Today, we’ve decided to send you all on  a ‘power trip’. So we’re sending you in a helicopter to get an aerial view of New York City.”

He then tells them to absorb everything around them during their flight, and Anne adds: “We want you to use this unique perspective to influence your next look.”

Actress Camilla Belle, whose mum was a fashion designer, also features as a guest judge on the episode.

Project Runway airs Thursdays at 9/8c on Lifetime.
