General Hospital spoilers for the Monday July 16, 2018 episode of ABC’s soap reveal that Michael (Chad Duell) and Nelle’s (Chloe Lanier) Friday the 13th nuptials were doomed from the day the, “save the (spooky) date” invites were handed out.
Bobbie (Jacqueline Zeman) set the tone by wearing black and it went downhill from there. On Monday the bride and groom must deal with a frenzied Ferncliff escapee: Carly (Laura Wright).
She busts out of her cell and races to the alter to dispense pithy wedding advice like, “Nelle is dangerous and deadly!” A gobsmacked Michael is stunned at the sight of his crazed mom and stares with his jaw on the floor.
Sonny (Maurice Benard) begs Chase (Josh Swickard) to do something to calm the chaos but the detective informs the mob prince that taking action will only make matters worse.
Elsewhere Ava (Maura West) is on the hot seat times two. An irate Bobbie threatens Ava while a confused Griffin has a hard question for her: Is she avoiding him?
Meanwhile a well-intentioned Mike (Max Gail) asks Drew (Billy Miller) and Sam (Kelly Monaco) how they met. Awkward—the ink on the divorce papers is still fresh!
Finally, Brad (Parry Shen) and Lucas (Ryan Carnes) have a grave matter to discuss. A concerned looking Brad corners Lucas at the hospital and informs him that has news about the baby they plan to adopt.
