Fans are freaking out over a rumor that Debby Ryan and Josh Dun got engaged.
Josh was playing at Madison Square Garden on Tuesday night with his band Twenty One Pilots, and Debby was there watching.
After the show, a photo surfaced online of the two of them apparently backstage with some friends. Someone had drawn a heart on the photo with the caption, “After hours at MSG – congrats jebby.”
It’s that last part of the caption that has fans both excited and confused. What is the person congratulating?
Many of the couple’s fans were quick to start speculating that the pair had got engaged.
How the photo surfaced online is another area of speculation. One person claimed the photo had been posted by a friend of Debby Ryan and then later deleted, but we can’t confirm that.
Josh hasn’t said anything about a possible engagement, and neither has Debby. But she did post a photo from Madison Square Garden with a caption saying she was “beaming” under the bandana that’s hiding her face. Could that word hint that she’s extra happy?
Needless to say, the internet is going crazy. While not everyone was thrilled at the potential big news, others were very excited about the idea of them being engaged.

Josh and Debby previously broke up in 2014, with Debby confirming the split in 2015. However, they later rekindled their romance.
Disney star Debby played Patty Bladell in Insatiable earlier this year, and her previous roles include parts in Sing It!, The Mysteries of Laura, Jessie, and The Suite Life on Deck.
