Vin Diesel has posted a picture of himself back in peak shape while training for his upcoming movie xXx: The Return of Xander Cage.
The movie is the second sequel to the original xXx from 2002, which was a massive box-office success.
The picture shows Diesel pumping iron with the caption: “This morning I started training in character…Xander Cage.”
It comes after Diesel was taunted over pics which showed him with serious ‘dad bod’ last October. He hit out after the pic emerged, pointing out that he actually is a dad :-)
The original xXx movie also starred Diesel as Xander Cage, a muscle-bound thrillseeker who is recruited as a secret agent by the National Security Agency.
The first sequel, xXx: State of the Union from 2005, did not feature Diesel after he dropped out due to work commitments to film The Pacifier.
