Married at First Sight bride Jaclyn Schwartzberg reveals on this week’s episode how she struggles to trust husband Ryan Buckley — which leaves him hurt.
Footage shows Ryan saying that he is “not going to hold back” about how he feels with Jaclyn, but she then questions whether he is actually as sincere as he says he is.
She says: “Ryan’s very passionate about a lot of different things but I need to trust him first. So I don’t want to get hurt.”
She then tells him over a romantic meal on their honeymoon: “I hope that you are as sincere as I think you are, and I question it.”
But having his honesty questioned is hard to take for Ryan, who reveals: “It hurts when someone doesn’t think you’re being honest.”
Jaclyn, 29, is a teacher turned sales representative. She lost her boyfriend, who she has previously said was her soulmate, two years before going on Married at First Sight.
Ryan, also 29, is a firefighter who previously admitted he can be picky when it comes to women and that he wouldn’t settle for someone unless they were his perfect match.
Married at First Sight airs Tuesdays at 9/8c on Lifetime.
