Nick and Vanessa Lachey have sold their mansion in Encino, CA, for a cool $4million — exactly the price they asked for.

The 6-bedroom family home took just over a month to sell and went for the asking price of $3,995,000.

Nick and Vanessa put it on the market late in April but interest was obviously high.

The mansion measures 8,134 square feet wand has eight bathrooms as well as a pool, theater, and stunning views across the nearby forest and mountains.

The master bedroom and suite has its own entranceway while two of the other bedrooms also have their own wing in the property, meaning it is perfect for having guests and family to stay.

It lies just a few hundred meters from the San Fernando Valley’s Encino Reservoir.

Nick and Vanessa were represented by The Agency’s Mauricio Umansky. It’s not known who the new buyer is.
