Ireland Baldwin is officially buzzed — and not the kind that involves alcohol.
The 26-year-old model and daughter of actors Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger revealed her latest hair transformation to her followers over the weekend.
Before the big reveal, Ireland’s most recent Instagram posts had primarily shown her with shoulder-length, amber-colored hair.
With a series of duo selfies on Saturday, the model showed off her new blonde buzzcut while rocking a grey cutoff tank.
In the caption, she told her followers that she is more than willing to prove anyone wrong — especially those who doubt her.
“don’t tell me I won’t do something because I will. buzzed by @hairmettle ?,” Ireland wrote.

Ireland also took to her Instagram Stories to give a more in-depth explanation behind her dramatic hair decision, which started with the fact that she was craving something new after years of damage.
“Do things that scare you. Do things that other people say you’ll never do. My hair was destroyed by years of bleach and modeling and bulls**t since I was 17. It’s long overdue for a restart/refresh,” she wrote.
She continued on to say that when it comes to her appearance, she doesn’t care about others’ opinions.
“I’ve always wanted to do this, but I was always scared,” Ireland admitted. “Now that I don’t care about what other people think, I feel more beautiful than ever.”

Ireland also shared a hair transformation video, which included her many different hair lengths and colors over the past few years.
