Colleen Ballinger has given birth to a baby boy. Despite being due on New Year’s Day, the little one decided to make an early entrance to the world.
The YouTuber and artist — aka Miranda Sings — welcomed the baby with her fiancé Erik Stocklin on December 10, 2018.
Colleen had previously teased that she would be welcoming her son early, sharing a photo from the hospital. She had a coffee in one hand and her phone in the other.
On Tuesday, she shared her first photo of the little guy, laying on her chest. She captioned the photo with “my little love.”

Ballinger, who appeared in Ariana Grande‘s Thank U, Next music video, shared that she would be putting a video together for YouTube shortly of her birth. However, she also revealed that it may take a few days as she wanted to stare at her newborn son for a few days first. Her fans were more than understanding.

Colleen, who along with Miranda Sings runs a separate YouTube channel under her own name, has always described herself as just someone who enjoys singing, laughing, and her family — and sharing things with her fans.

Colleen hasn’t shared a baby name yet, quite possibly because the couple may not have picked one yet. Based on Erik’s Instagram post below, the couple didn’t expect to welcome him into the world until New Year’s Day, which would have given them a few more weeks to come up with a name.
It sounds like Colleen and Erik will have to figure out a name for the little guy, if they haven’t already done so, as they gush over him the next few days. Perhaps Colleen’s promised birth video will be uploaded once they have figured out a name for the little man.
