Dancing with the Stars alum Brook Burke is stunning at 50 years old. Her Instagram page features photos of her day-to-day life, including gardening, events, workouts, and bikini pics. 

She calls herself a mom and motivator in her Instagram bio, looking to educate and inspire “self-awareness through fitness.” A picture of her in a yellow bikini may motivate some people to follow in her footsteps if it grants a chance to look like Brooke at 50. 

A recent photo shows her in a tiny yellow bikini in a lush green location, complete with blooming plants in the blurred background. 

The photo’s focus is Brooke herself, who’s wearing a huge smile on her face as she poses with her arms raised.

Brooke wrote a simple caption for her photo, “Just me,” with a yellow heart and glitter emoji. Her look is completed with gold bracelets and a necklace, and even her hair looks lightened from the sun.

The bikini allows fans to see her toned abs and part of her legs as she poses. The fit and slim television star boasts a flat tummy in the photo, with credit likely due to her workouts.

Brooke uses fitness to be more self-aware and seems to treat her fitness path and life as her own version of self-care, and wishes to share her experiences and workouts with others. 

How does Brooke Burke stay fit?

Brooke shared her workout routine with Daily Mail, saying that she generally does five-minute workouts that help her stay toned as long as she does them several times. 

She further explained that doing six five-minute workouts per day is equal to a 30-minute workout, and it “does make a difference.” 

She shared that one of the first things that can be done during the day is stretching in bed after waking up to get your blood flowing and body moving. She advised, “Once you open your eyes just stretch your arms and legs out. Then turn your legs from side to side. After five minutes of this, [you] are getting the blood flowing and have more mobility.”

She shared other tips, such as a five-minute desk workout where you would stand and do a few lunges, stretch your arms, and maybe do a squat. Another quick exercise she shared is getting up when watching TV to stretch out and do lunges. 

Brooke Burke offers fitness plans through Brooke Burke Body, and her own body is testament enough to promote the program.
