Bam Margera is headed to yet another rehab facility after being found after he fled a treatment center for a second time.

The 42-year-od Jackass star was sentenced to court-ordered rehab in Florida, where he initially escaped because he was reportedly unhappy with the conditions of the facility.

Bam fled rehab on his own accord, prompting the manager of the rehab facility to contact the Delray Police Department. He was found just days later when police returned him to the court-ordered LifeSkills residential facility.

Earlier this week, Monsters and Critics reported that Bam went missing from rehab for a second time, putting detectives on the lookout for the avid skateboarder and professional stunt performer.

Now, the Viva La Bam star has been located once again and he’s on his way to a different treatment facility, according to TMZ. The Broward Sheriff’s Office reported that Bam was found safe on the evening of Monday, June 27.

The outlet reports that Bam’s PR team shared that he was found on Monday at a hotel in Deerfield Beach, Florida. Police swarmed Bam’s hotel, showing up with a crisis intervention team that included his MTV-famous parents, April and Phil Margera.

According to the report, an on-site intervention took place, with Bam begging to see his 4-year-old son, Phoenix Wolf. Bam was told that in order to see Phoenix, he would need to complete his stint in rehab; the Pennsylvania native voluntarily agreed, says TMZ, and he’s currently on his way to a new rehab facility.

Bam’s wife, Nicole “Nikki” Boyd Margera, was fearful for Bam when he went missing and pled for her husband to return to his facility, despite their rocky marriage.

The couple tied the knot in 2013, following Bam’s divorce from his first wife, Melissa “Missy” Rothstein. Bam and Nikki welcomed their son Phoenix in 2017.

Bam’s struggles with addiction have plagued him for years. His personal struggles have gotten so intense that they’ve begun to interfere with his personal life. Last year, Nikki filed for custody of Phoenix, however, didn’t file for divorce.

Bam also found himself entwined in a legal battle against his longtime friends and Jackass co-stars, filing for wrongful termination from their latest project, Jackass Forever, after he violated a “wellness agreement” that he signed in 2019.

Jackass Forever is available to stream now on Paramount Plus or Prime Video.
