Alec Baldwin shared that he will soon be interviewing Woody Allen, and fans were anything but happy about it.

The Married to the Mob actor shared a video with his social media followers on Monday to let them know who he would be talking to via Instagram live soon.

Alec Baldwin revealed he is excited to interview Woody Allen

Alec Baldwin shared that he would be doing a joint, live interview with Hollywood film director Woody Allen at 10:30 a.m. EST this upcoming Tuesday. He revealed his guest by holding up a copy of Allen’s new memoir, Zero Gravity.

“I’m going to be doing an Instagram live with Woody Allen,” Baldwin whispered to the camera. “Who I love. I love you Woody.”

In Baldwin’s caption for the video, he stated that he was not interested in hearing any of his followers’ thoughts on Allen as his guest – mainly in regards to the HBO documentary on the accusations of sexual abuse against the director made by his adoptive daughter, Dylan Farrow.

“Let me preface this by stating that I have ZERO INTEREST in anyone’s judgments and sanctimonious posts here,” he wrote.

“I am OBVIOUSLY someone who has my own set of beliefs and COULD NOT CARE LESS about anyone else’s speculation. If you believe that a trial should be conducted by way of an HBO documentary, that’s your issue.”

The 2021 documentary, titled Allen v. Farrow, is a four-part series that delves into the sexual accusations regarding Allen’s then 7-year-old daughter.
