General Hospital has been teasing a new victim for Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) for a while now. He has already knocked off Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin), Mary Pat (Patricia Bethune), and the man who was making the documentary on him.

The mystery about the serial killer remains and Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) is in the thick of it all. She has been wanting to cover the murders since the beginning and despite Peter (Wes Ramsey) telling her not to run the piece, she isn’t backing down from wanting answers.

Is Lulu Ryan’s next victim?

It looks like Lulu will be feeling the wrath of Ryan this time around. With February sweeps just around the corner, General Hospital needs to keep the attention of the viewers.

The evil twin/good twin storyline has gone on for months, and now, it looks like another character could be in danger.

After Laura (Genie Francis) filled Lulu in on “Kevin’s” list of Ryan’s victims, she got to work. Now that Ryan knows Lulu knows and he showed up at her office, will she feel his wrath too?

Will Lulu be killed?

The question about whether Lulu will die due to Ryan’s attack is unclear. Currently, she is embroiled in a storyline surrounding her daughter bullying another child and with Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) gone, what would happen to her children?

There have been no hints of her leaving because of other projects. She has worked in the soap business for years and joined General Hospital back in 2013. While her reception wasn’t exactly warm after replacing Julie Marie Berman, Emme Rylan has become Lulu for viewers.

Earlier this month, ABC Soaps in Depth said that Lulu will be around on General Hospita for the forseeable future.

That isn’t a huge clue but if she survives her attack, that will get the ball to find out that Kevin is locked away in Ferncliff while Ryan is running around Port Charles.

Remember, Lulu is a Spencer. She may get knocked down, but she will get back up.

General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC.
