Her Bachelor bio also reveals that she loves hanging out with her friends, having good food and wine, and she loves getting dolled up for New Year’s Eve. One interesting fact about her is that she has never been outside of the country. Hopefully, her past won’t stand in the way of that once the international trips begin on The Bachelor.

According to InTouch Weekly, Elyse has a criminal record. The publication claims that Elyse has a long history with the law when it comes to traffic citations — and once even had her mugshot taken after an arrest.
She has allegedly been caught driving with a suspended license and no insurance several times, and in 2015 was reportedly arrested for driving under the influence.
She is said to have been pulled over by an officer in North Dakota after driving with expired tags. However, the situation turned out a bit differently when she was caught with three times the legal limit of alcohol in her blood, according to the report.
Just two years ago, she allegedly also ran a red light and was cited for not having current vehicle registration.
