U.S. Women’s Open Schedule and Details on All NBC Channels

TV Picks: NBC SPORTS GROUP will have more than 20 hours of tournement and news coverage of the US Women’s Open from the famed Pinehurst club plus Hall-of-Famer Annika Sorenstam returns as analyst for Golf Channel on NBC’s Live Tournament coverage!

“After watching the best men be challenged in every area of the game this past week, I would expect nothing less for the women this week at Pinehurst. The comeback of Michelle Wie, the emergence of young players like Jessica Korda and Lexi Thompson and the continued excellent play of Stacy Lewis has generated a huge interest level in the women’s game. Combine that with having a chance to show how the best women players in the world will handle the challenge of Pinehurst No. 2, it should make for a great broadcast.” – Golf Channel on NBC analyst Gary Koch

“I’m very excited for the historic opportunity to have the men and women play back to back on the same course for the US Open Championship. Pinehurst is going to be as stern a test for the women as it was this past week for the men. Having the Women’s Open on such a historic course playing right after the men is increasing the curiosity level of all golf fans.”– Golf Channel on NBC course reporter Kay Cockerill
