Tom Sizemore: ‘I Don’t Want to Go to Jail!’

“Saving Private Ryan” actor Tom Sizemore was distraught in court today according to TMZ.com, where a “weeping Tom Sizemore appeared in a Los Angeles County Courtroom today where he admitted to violating his probation in a 2004 methamphetamine conviction.”

Sizemore in shackles and a jumpsuit from county awaited the judge who asked the thespian: “Do you agree you are in violation of your probation?” Tom replied, “Yes, your honor.”

TMZ reports that the female judge accused Sizemore of abusing his probation.

Sizemore “openly wept in court reported TMZ, and pleaded with the judge, “I don’t want to go to jail … give me one more chance … I have a terrible disease … drugs have strapped me around the neck … I guarantee I am not going to be here again! I want to rehabilitate myself and become a good productive citizen to society.”

Sizemore was picked up by police last month in Bakersfield on suspicion of  methamphetamine possessio and other drug related issues.

On June 25th Sizemore will “hear his fate” according to TMZ.
