Steve Jobs funeral held Friday

San Francisco - The funeral of Apple co-founder Steve Jobs was being held on Friday, according to a report in the Wall Street Journal.
Quoting someone familiar with the matter the funeral was characterized as a small private gathering and no details were available as to its location.
The event came two days after the death of the celebrated tech visionary and following his long battle with pancreatic cancer.
Apple memorialized jobs on its website and said that it would hold a staff celebration of Jobs' life. Thousands of dignitaries and fans have paid tribute to Jobs over the internet and in impromptu vigils outside Apple stores around the world.
