Their are enough educated women, they are really smart and enthusiastic. The problem is: women see a glass ceiling in a male dominated system. What we need to do is replace leaders across the globe with capable females.

We can start with the president of the united states, 1/2 of congress, the pope and 1/2 his minions, and half the corporate execs. That would be a good start.

... and for gods sakes, stop sticking cigars up their privates and rubbing their butts. It doesn't make for a pleasant work environment, at least I have been told that most women don't appreciate it, really.
