Parents need to be more involved in their children's online lives. I recommend using Bsafe Online, and Internet filter that can block not only pornography, but chat rooms and social networking sites. If the parent allows their child to chat, the conversations are recorded. Bsafe's PredAlert also notified the other person their chat conversation is being monitored. If this sick predator knew the girl's parents were going to see what he said, do you think he would have asked her to meet him? Do you think her parents would have let her go? Bsafe Online can protect families from this type of tragedy. www.bsafe.com
How is it that anyone can justify
Not enough jobs for law enforcement who are already stretched beyond usefulness?
Maybe its offenders failure to live up to some pious extremists expectation for the world?
Or imminent danger related to a program which was never funded?
The 1,2,3's of sex offenders.
1. The recidivism rate of sex offenders is under 5%
2. 90% of all sex crimes are committed within the family.
3. 92% of all sex crimes are perpetrated by people not on the sex offender registry.
If the bulls eye is 5% of the target and the bulls eye scores no points, what justifies the billions of tax payer dollars for the project? Do you really think Laws like this are doing any good.

If parents were more vigilant and actually took notice to what their kids were doing on line, a lot - not all - but a lot of these kids would have no contact with predators!
Out of all my 13 year old sons friends, only 2 sets of parents actually have a clue of what their kids do online. The other 5 sets have n o clue and don't even seem to care how long their kids are online, who they are talking to and what they are doing. It's sickening that these predators even have access to the kids in the first place. Parents!! Listen up!! Know what your kids are doing online!

Gaiacomm International technology is a closed system for internet use, thus the track of IP, and the elimination of Porn, etc. on its private network. If AOL, ATT, etc. wish to promote porn, etc. by allowing internet access to Porn, etc, is their choice (More Money). Gaiacomm International does not wish to carry porn, etc on its closed private internet. Anyone that does not follow the rules will be evicted and punished to the full extent of the new law that does not allow porn, etc. The internet will be divided into two types, ATT, AOL,etc will allow Porn, etc, And the Gaiacomm International 4G network will not.
