I dunno, enhancing the usablility of millions of computer systems (well, palmtop computers anyway) seems pretty productive to me. ; )

Whats galling is the efforts that Apple goes to to PREVENT people from doing this. The inability to use 3rd party software is the reason I havent bought one yet and don't plan to (since I don't make a habit of doing go arounds, if they don't sell me what I want I dont buy it in the first place.)
