I think that they have made enough changes to Neopets. They really shouldn't do this. It will be a big step towards turning Neopets totally money-oriented. They shouldn't mix it with other stuff. They also should just let it keep its name.

I think there's a point where they have to realize that NOBODY is going to want to play neopets at the rate they're changing. Most people hate the new site layout, they hate the forced pet redraws, they hate having the pound be down for months on end with NO explanation at all as to why they're taking so long, and they hate the introduction of neocash, because it simply separates the children from the older players.

I'm honestly glad that neopets is changing to some new name now. They won't be able to say that neopets is the same but better. Because all it is now is the same crappy neopets team doing the same crappy things under a different banner. I'm not going back to this site to say the least. I regret having spent so many years on that stupid site, because all it is now is just another business experiment trying to earn money

They just made the big layout change and now this? Neocash too? Premium? Soon they will make us pay to play. That is when they will lose all of there users. Including me.

Not to mention the people who go on to neopets to improve css skills.

All i have to say is that Nickelodeon is horrible for taking over the last good non-3D virtual gaming community. Neopets used to be fun, but now, its ALL money orientated.

But i suppose the blame is not all on Nickelodeon is not all to blame. Neopets has become shamefully addicted to money lately. The neopets team has continually ignored its many long time user's opinions and has become a money hungry monster.

I guess there is no place left thats owned by small, user friendly, businesses, only power drunk, big corporations that will do anything and everything to squeeze out every last penny of anything that was once good good.

Clearly The Neopets Team has forgotten that there are other worlds out there. At present, I consider myself to hold dual citizenship of Neopia and Gaia Online. Much as I regret to say it, if Neopets gets any more weird, money-focused, and bandwidth-heavy, I'll rethink being a Neopian Gaian, and be more of a Gaian Neopian...from which it's only a small step to full-time Gaian.
Look, TNT, the denizens of other virtual worlds already call Neopets childish, and it's gotten worse since the changes. Can you imagine what they'll say if you drive away the adults? In seven months I'll be able to call myself an adult Neopian...hopefully it'll still be something to be proud of then!

I think it's crazy. I liked the old neopets. Now, I still like it but it is not AS good. I think that when they switch to this other thing people,(like me) will not go on any more. WHATEVER NEOPETS!
