Interesting. I just did a Google News search for two phrases:
Al-Qaeda
Sarah Golding
And, I came back with ZERO hits. Nothing in the liberal or convervative media mentions this Sarah Golding quote linking Moore's funding with Al-Qaeda. I'd be very interested to see Ben Bolding (the poster of the last post) to quote his source on this.
FWIW, anyone who has seen the movie KNOWS why Clinton walked out. Yes, he did get personal. But she didn't refute what Moore had to say about her.
As a Canadian, who has had breast cancer, surgery, chemo and radiation all covered by the Canadian health care system with not one penny coming directly from my own pocket, I can only speak volumes about the wonderful care and kind attention I received from caring health professionals working within the frame work of our government-paid non-profit health care system. My mother has had open heart surgery twice, also provided by the government of Canada through our non-profit taxpayer funded health care system.
My family has had access, easy access, to health care. I rarely wait more than one hour to see a doctor, seven days a week at a 'walk-in' clinic less than 6 blocks from my home. It is a wonderful system. My sister lives in a remote northern location in Canada (60 miles south of Alaska), and needed to see a specialist, she was flown (expense paid by the health care system) to Vancouver for treatment.
It is just amazing how far tax dollars go in providing services to taxpayers, when the profit margin is eliminated.

How many civilian, non-combatant American lives do you think we would have lost since 9/11 if no troops were sent to lay down their lives for you? We lost over 2,700 lives on 9/11 in [less than] one day....ONE DAY. What if that day had repeated itself just once or twice more over the past five years. Would you be complaining about how many American troops died at that point, or would you be HOPING and PRAYING our brave young men and women would lay down their lives for you so that the civilian body-count wouldn't continue to rise?
Try re-wording your post to, 'I see we've lost more American lives in Iraq than the number of lives lost in 9/11. That being the case, I'd like to thank our soldiers for having kept another 2,700 or more innocent civilian lives from being lost on U.S. by sacrificing their own lives for our safety.
