That's all well and good, but what kind of lumen rating can you possibly achieve with something so small...a lot of full sized projectors with very expensive bulbs stuggle to be seen in even a dimly lit room.

That being said, I would definately buy one of these if I see one in person, and can actually see it in a flourscently lit demonstration room.

this is a fantastic innovation. Off the top of my head I can think of many corporate users, and consumer users that would use this on a daily basis

Id be happy if this even made a 17 or 20 inch screen. This reminds me of a prediction made by somefuturist guy on TechTV a few years back. He predidcted this just about to the letter.

Mabie by the time my 2 year comitment runs out on my cell phone thease will be out.

Also check out microvision's PICOP projector. Unlike TI they are only in the businiess of this micro display technology, and are working on multiple applications. I think they already supply some of their mini display products to the US army.
