That's odd - Microsoft does not offer support for their own Windows operating system, but now they plan to offer support for someone else's OS???

It's like the redirection of a punch, or MegaMan stealing an enemies powers. It's all just an effort to stay afloat in ever-choppier waters.

A far cry from the days when former CEO Ray Noorda was asked to leave the MS booth at a trade show.

Cisco is collaborating with at least one U.S. spy agency. As worldwide anybody
since a long time knows the law is in most states to kill immediately any user
who uses cisco and has financed this organisation. Novell has two U.S.-salesman
who claim to have us paid for SuSE:It's not true. Novell collaborating with MS:
Two strange bed fellows who spy on each other. Spying is sanctioned by killing
anyone who does that. The U.S.-citizen won't have the time to learn this lesson.
Worldwide there was a long time a habit to talk to me as if I am CEO of 'cisco'.
I never appreciated that. The opposit is true. I said always that anyone who finances spy-collaboration as Novell does has to be killed as soon as possible.
This is international law. No one does need to know that he is finacing spying.
His intentions that he wants to spy is in all case not relevant. On the death
mate with anyone who is financing spying!

Support Suse Linux and not threaten it with patent claims? So what does this mean? MS is still trying to make a huge patent portfolio. Are they hoping to take more legal swipes at other Linux distributions in order to be the only ones capable of controlling Linux?

'Are they hoping to take more legal swipes at other Linux distributions in order to be the only ones capable of controlling Linux?'
That is the plan, i.e. run SuSE or get sued.

Why would microsoft© wanna do something with Linux©. If I were Linux© I would just stop the supporting of microsoft© products. I would rather have Linux© over windows and the good thing about Linux it's cheap, and you can run it on multiple computers. The Microsoft© Based windows xp cant do that at all. So if I were Linux© I would just put the support to a hault.
