Sylvester Stallone will star in Summit Entertainment and Emmett/Furla Films’ “The Tomb.”
According to Variety, Bruce Willis and Arnold Schwarzenegger had been attached to the film at various points as well as director Antoine Fuqua.
Kevin King, Mark Canton and Robbie Brenner are producing along with Randall Emmett and George Furla through their Emmett/Furla Films.
No director is currently attached.
Miles Chapman wrote the original script, with Jason Keller doing a rewrite.
The film follows a structural security expert (Stallone) who’s locked away in one of his own prison designs after being framed for a crime.
Stallone will be seen next in Warner Bros.’ “Bullet to the Head” and is currently shooting “The Expendables 2.”
