From Monsters and Critics.com WNBA Auburn Hills, MI - Deanna Nolan poured in 18 points and dished out seven assists, as the Detroit Shock rolled past the Seattle Storm, 97-70, at the Palace of Auburn Hills. Kara Braxton added 17 points and six rebounds off the bench for the Shock, who have won five straight and 12 of 13, and are currently the top seed in the Eastern Conference. Detroit needs just one more win in its last six games to secure home-court advantage. Iziane Castro Marques netted 24 points on 9-of-15 shooting from the field for the slumping Storm, who have lost five of their last six. Betty Lennox added 13 points for Seattle, which was without All-Star forward Lauren Jackson and starting center Janell Burse, who were both out with injuries. © 2007 The Sports Network
