Los Angeles, CA - Alana Beard scored 22 points to lead Washington over the Los Angeles Sparks, 80-75, at the Staples Center.DeLisha Milton-Jones and Coco Miller each had 12 points for the Mystics, who won their fourth straight game.Taj McWilliams-Franklin and Christi Thomas each scored 14 points to pace the Sparks, who have lost four in a row. Temeka Johnson had 13 points in a losing cause.The Sparks cut an eight-point deficit with four minutes left to three, but Milton-Jones and Miller each made two free throws in the final 10 seconds to seal Washington's victory.© 2007 The Sports Network
