Milton powers Mystics over Sky

Washington, DC - Delisha Milton scored a game-high 20 points, grabbed 10 rebounds and dished out six assists to lead the Washington Mystics past the Chicago Sky, 71-66, at Verizon Center.

Alana Beard poured in 18 points, and Coco Miller added 16 and had nine boards for Washington, which has won seven of its last 10 games. They Mystics also moved ahead of Chicago for the fourth and final spot in the Eastern Conference playoff race.

Candice Dupree had a team-high 18 points for the Sky, who have dropped three straight and four of five. Chasity Melvin donated 14 and Dominique Canty finished with 11.

Chicago has just five games remaining in the regular season, while the Mystics play seven more. Both teams conclude the regular season on August 19.
