Monarchs rally past Storm

Sacramento, CA - Rebekkah Brunson scored 14 points and grabbed 11 rebounds as the Sacramento Monarchs rallied in the fourth quarter to beat the Seattle Storm, 82-76, at Arco Arena.
Yolanda Griffith scored 13 points, Kara Lawson had 12 and Nicole Powell, Chelsea Newton and Ticha Penicheiro each contributed 10 for the Monarchs, who have won four of five.
Betty Lennox scored a game-high 18 points for the Storm, who have lost three in a row.
Down 62-56 heading into the final frame, Sacramento outscored Seattle 26-14 in the fourth en route to the win.
The Monarchs shot just 42.5 percent from the floor but forced 22 Storm turnovers. Sacramento, on the other hand, turned the ball over just six times.
