Thompson leads Comets past Sparks

Houston, TX - Tina Thompson posted 13 points and 10 rebounds, as the Houston Comets downed the Los Angeles Sparks, 66-56, on Friday.
Tamecka Dixon scored 12 points off the bench for the Comets, who have split their last 10 games. Michelle Snow added nine points and 14 boards in the win.
Mwadi Mabika scored 10 points as the lone player in double figures for the Sparks, who have dropped four of five. Murriel Page added nine points and nine boards off the bench.
