Sun take another one from Liberty

New York, NY - Katie Douglas scored a game-high 26 points to go with five rebounds and four steals as Connecticut bested New York, 67-61, at Madison Square Garden.
Asjha Jones scored 12 and added four assists for the Sun, who won both ends of the home-and-home series with the Liberty and who have won eight of nine. Evanthia Maltsi posted a team-best eight rebounds.
Janel McCarville had 18 points for the Liberty, who have lost six straight. Shameka Christon and Tiffany Jackson contributed 10 points apiece in the loss.
Connecticut trailed by three after three quarters but outpaced New York 22-13 in the final period to post the victory.
