Hammon, Young help Silver Stars edge Sparks

Los Angeles, CA - Becky Hammon scored 25 points and Sophia Young scored the game-winning layup in the final seconds to lead the San Antonio Silver Stars over the Los Angeles Sparks, 63-61, on Tuesday.
Young scored 17 points for San Antonio, which has won five straight.
Taj McWilliams-Franklin netted 14 points for the Sparks, who have dropped a franchise-record seven straight.
With the score knotted at 61, Young took a feed from Hammon for the game- winning layup with 17.8 seconds left, as Sidney Spencer missed a jump shot attempt at the buzzer.
