Sky down Sparks in OT

Los Angeles, CA - Candice Dupree had 24 points and 11 rebounds as the Chicago Sky knocked off the Los Angeles Sparks, 74-71, at Staples Center.
Jia Perkins added 15 poiints and eight rebounds while Chasity Melvin donated 12 points and seven rebounds for the Sky, who have won their last two games.
Christi Thomas had 14 points and eight boards and Marta Fernandez donated 12 points for the Sparks, who have dropped three of their last four games.
Perkins' free throw with 18 seconds to play in overtime gave the Sky a three- point lead, and a trey attempt from Sidney Spencer missed in the final seconds as Chicago held on for the win.
