Mercury's Taurasi suspended two games
Jun 24, 2007, 1:40 GMT
New York, NY - Phoenix Mercury guard Diana Taurasi was suspended two games without pay by the WNBA for inappropriate conduct toward game officials in a loss Friday to Detroit.
Late in the fourth quarter, Taurasi was called for an offensive foul and immediately after the game the All-Star screamed and yelled at referee Michael Price.
Taurasi will miss Sunday's contest against Houston as well as next Saturday's game, also against Houston.
