Djokovic leads ATP rankings, no changes in top 10

Berlin - Australian Open champion Novak Djokovic of Serbia maintained first place and there were no changes in the top 10 of the latest men's tennis rankings issued on Monday by the ATP.
Djokovic has 13,630 points to lead from Spain's Rafael Nadal (10,435) and Roger Federer of Switzerland (8,010).
