Djokovic leads tennis rankings into Australian Open title defence

Berlin - Novak Djokovic of Serbia led the way in an unchanged top 10 of the men's tennis rankings issued on Monday as the Australian Open got underway.
Djokovic, who starts his title defence on Tuesday, has 13,630 points. Former top-ranked players Rafael Nadal of Spain and Roger Federer of Switzerland, both already in the second round, follow on 9,595 and 8,010 points, respectively.
