Berlin - Novak Djokovic stayed clear at the top of the ATP tennis rankings released Monday, with the leading five places unchanged.
The Serbian Djokovic, who pulled out of last week's Paris Masters with a shoulder injury, continues to head Rafael Nadal of Spain, Briton Andy Murray, Paris Masters winner Roger Federer of Switzerland and Spain's David Ferrer.
Paris Masters losing finalist Jo-Wilfried Tsonga of France gains two places to sixth, while Serbia's Janko Tipsarevic enters the top 10, jumping from 13th to ninth.
Nicolas Almagro of Spain improves one place to enter in 10th place.
Sweden's Robin Soderling and Gael Monfils of France both drop out of the top 10, with Soderling sliding seven places from sixth to 13th and Monfils falling from 10th to 15th.
